Return and exchange
At Kahafsay, customer satisfaction is important to us. This Return and Exchange Policy explains the conditions under which products purchased fromKahafsay.commay be returned or exchanged.
- No returns. Except for damaged products ( video of unboxing is mandatory to claim returns) within 24 hours of delivery.
- The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- The product must be in the same condition as received.
- Items bought on sale or at discounted prices may not be eligible for return (unless damaged or defective).

- Products damaged due to customer misuse
- Gift cards or promotional items
- Exchanges are allowed only for damaged, defective, or wrong items received.
- To request an exchange, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear images or videos of the product.
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
- Contact us at with your order ID and reason for return.
- Our team will review your request and guide you through the process.
- Once approved, the product must be shipped back as instructed.
- After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Shipping charges (if any) are non‑refundable unless the return is due to our error.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable courier service for returns.
- Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.
- Once shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
