Our Return Policy

  • We accept returns only if the product is damaged, defective, or not as described.
  • Requests for returns must be made within 3 days of receiving your order. An unboxing video is compulsory for all claims.

  • Products must be returned in their original packaging.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after receiving the returned product.
  • We do not accept returns for products that have been opened or consumed.
